Handsome Dave was the first, “save” of Purrfect Paws Cat Rescue, SBCF. While holding our first meeting, we received a message from his finder who reported that he had wandered into a local restaurant, very thin and begging for food. We had not fully organized yet, had no fosters and had received only one, small donation. Still, we took the vote and the unanimous decision was made.
Dave was placed into our only emergency foster home. After several vet visits, good food, and much love, Dave is now ready to find his forever family. As with all of our cats and kittens, Dave is fully vetted, up to date on vaccines and neutered. This special boy who loves being petted and lying in bed while watching tv was literally saved from the streets. He deserves nothing but the best life has to offer!
